The CHM cycle

In order to systematically plan, implement and evaluate corporate health management (CHM) in your company, we follow our CHM cycle. The cycle begins with comprehensive awareness-raising and analysing, followed by the needs-specific derivation, implementation and evaluation of customized measures. Always with the aim of strengthening the well-being of your employees and thus supporting the long-term success of your company.

Raising awareness: Recognizing the opportunities and benefits of CHM

The aim of this phase is to raise awareness and understanding of the importance of corporate health management and its potential for a company. An introduction to corporate health management serves as a starting point for this process. If necessary, we organize a sensitization session to get all decision-makers and key people on board. We then carry out our CHM assessment and initiate a status review to show you the maturity level and development potential of your existing corporate health management. The insights and recommendations for action that have been gained form the basis for our further consultation and collaboration.

Analysis: Detailed examination of the initial health situation and determination of the next steps

In this phase, the focus is on the interpretation of health-related key figures such as absences, staff turnover, employee satisfaction and the analysis of resources and burdens in everyday working life. We look at the current situation from different perspectives and then work with you in a participatory process to develop solutions. Based on an analysis, we work together to develop customized and sustainable solutions for your corporate health management.

Planning: Development of customized CHM measures

Together with you, we plan the introduction and implementation of measures to promote health in the company based on the results of the analysis. We take your individual needs and resources into account in order to develop solutions that are effective for your company. We also support you in defining strategic and operational goals for your corporate health management that are tailored precisely to your requirements.

Implementation: Implementation of the planned CHM measures

In this phase, we support you with the successful implementation of the planned measures. We offer individual consultations, workshops for various target groups, presentations, webinars, web-based training courses (WBTs) as well as comprehensive templates and information material on various topics. Stress and recovery
Stress impairs well-being and health. This module helps you to understand stress, recognize your triggers and learn effective coping strategies.

Healthy leadership 
Managers have a significant influence on the health of their employees. In this module, you will learn how work, health and leadership are connected, what characteristics account for healthy (self-)leadership, and how you can integrate these into your actions as a manager.

Healthy working at home
Working from home is widely adopted and offers many advantages, but it also poses challenges. This module teaches strategies for coping with stress and for self-organization.

Evaluation: Regular review and needs-based adjustment of CHM measures

In order to anchor the topic of corporate health management in the company in the long term, it is important to continuously evaluate the effectiveness of the measures taken. We support you throughout the process to ensure the defined goals are achieved. At each stage, we evaluate the results together and implement further targeted measures in a continuous process.
