Raising awareness
Our corporate health assessment and its resulting figures show us the current level of maturity of your existing CHM system and serve as a basis for further consulting and collaboration.

What does corporate health management involve?
Corporate health management, or CHM for short, entails the systematic planning, implementation and evaluation of health-promoting measures in a company. The aim is to increase employees’ health and performance and to reduce absences due to illness by creating appropriate conditions in everyday working life.
What is the purpose of the CHM assessment?
With our digital CHM assessment, we analyze the corporate health situation in your company. Based on this, we define the next steps and measures together with you as part of a situation assessment.
The number of absences in our company is increasing. How can systematic absence management help us in such a case?
Apart from human suffering, absences at the workplace lead to high costs, a loss of know-how and an additional pressure on the remaining employees. We assist you in setting up systematic absence management through training courses, specific advice and processes.

What costs should I expect if I use the services of Zurich Corporate Health Consulting, and can I also benefit if I am not yet a Zurich insurance customer?
We offer our services exclusively to corporate customers who concluded a daily sickness benefits insurance with Zurich. No costs will be incurred for these services. The scope of the service depends on the size of the company.

In what form, to what extent and in which languages do you offer your services?
In close cooperation with you, we determine the type and scope of our consulting services together. In doing so, we focus on your requirements, your company size, and the activities of your company. We offer our services both digitally and on-site. If necessary, we recommend experts from our network - e.g. in the case of trusted advisors or ergonomics consultations. We see ourselves as external consultants for the implementation of your corporate health management.
We are glad to advise you in French and German and, on request, also in Italian and English.
