Zurich One customer portal

The organizer of the competition is Zurich Insurance Company Ltd ("Zurich"). It is giving away the competition prizes described in the portal to winners drawn at random from all customers registered for the Zurich One customer portal. 

Participants

Main draw:

All eligible customers who register between August 31 and December 31, 2024, will automatically be entered in the main prize draw. Multiple entries by one customer are automatically excluded.

The competition closes on December 31, 2024. Winners will be drawn at random from all participants. The prizes will be sent to the respective addresses stored in the customer portal by January 31, 2025, at the latest.

Monthly prize draws:

Eligible customers who log in to the customer portal at least once between the 16th of the previous month and the relevant date (see «Prices») automatically take part in the monthly prize draws – and they do so each time they log in (up to a maximum of three times per raffle period).

To be eligible (for either prize draw), customers must be resident in Switzerland and have reached the age of 18. Employees of Zurich Insurance Group companies and Zurich General Agencies are not eligible unless they are participating as customers.

Entry is free of charge. The conclusion of an additional contract is not required for participation and, if a contract is concluded, this has no influence on the chances of winning. 

The closing date for entries is the date stated in each case. Winners will be drawn at random from all participants. The prizes will be sent to the address entered in the customer portal no later than four weeks after the draw.

Deregistration from the competition 

Customers who do not wish to take part in the competition can unsubscribe by sending an e-mail to zurichone@zurich.ch.

Main draw

The main prize is a stay worth 3,500 Swiss francs in one of the following three hotels

Monthly prize draws

In addition, all log-ins will be entered in a monthly prize draw for prizes in one of these three categories:

• by October 15, 2024: 200 x two SBB day passes
• by November 15, 2024: 100 x Switzerland Travel Center vouchers worth 500 Swiss francs each
• by December 15, 2024: 714 x Swiss Coupon Pass books worth 49 Swiss francs each

The closing date for entries is the date stated above in each case. Winners will be drawn at random from all participants. The prizes will be sent to the address entered in the customer portal no later than four weeks after the draw.

Validity of the prices

Main draw:

The hotel vouchers are redeemable until 12 months after the date of issue, and are subject to the availability of the respective hotel.

Monthly prize draws:

• SBB day passes: valid 12 months after the date of issue
• Switzerland Travel Center voucher: valid 12 months after the date of issue
• Swiss Coupon Pass book: offers valid from December 1, 2024 to November 30, 2025

Zurich itself processes the personal data you provide in the registration form for the purpose of handling the competition and marketing and does not pass it on to third parties. The judges’ decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. There will be no cash payment and no exchange of prizes. Prizes may not be sold to third parties.

Only one entry per person is possible in the main prize draw. This is submitted automatically when you register via the customer portal. 

Anyone can take part in the monthly prize draws multiple times (up to a maximum of three time per raffle period). Participation is automatic when you log in between the 16th of the previous month and the date of the prize draw. 

The winners will be notified within four weeks of the draw by letter to the address they have provided on the portal.
