No. The use of our portal for online construction guarantees is free.

All current requests along with their status can be found in the list of bonds/guarantees.

You cannot modify or cancel construction guarantees yourself on the portal. Please contact us via email at xxx. We will be happy to take care of it for you.

You can add supplementary documents (work contract, text template) along with a comment to your request. After entering your data in the ordering process, there is a corresponding field for it.

Reference to the data protection disclaimer on zurich.ch?

Zurich generally does not issue bonds with a term longer than six years. If the beneficiary party allows, we can issue a construction guarantee for 5 years and cover the second 5 years with a non-binding letter of intent.

The easiest way is to send us this text via email at xx. We will be happy to assist you. Please note that the processing time for individual texts is slightly longer than for standard templates.

For a start in the future, binding or non-binding letters of intent are intended. We generally issue the corresponding guarantees only after the completion of the acceptance. Excluded from this rule are single acceptances for entire projects, where a part has already been accepted and the final invoice has already been issued.
