How do I receive my login data for the declaration platform?
An invitation letter for the declaration, which includes your registration or login data, will be sent to you once a year. The declaration can only be carried out with this letter.

For security reasons and for clear identification, your customer number and contract or policy number must be provided upon registration. You can find the contract or policy number on policy, invoice and correspondence documents.
To do this, you will need the customer number and the contract or policy number for your customer's personal insurance policies. We send this information to the policyholder or the recipient of the correspondence each year when we ask for the wage bill declaration.
Do you take care of several Zurich customers? To register, simply use your own name and email address, as well as the customer number and contract or policy number of an insured person. Then select "change customer" when needed. It is not necessary for you to register all insured persons.
Our instructional video will show you exactly what you need to do.
If you lose your invitation letter, please feel free to contact our technical support. You can contact us at 0800 81 81 82 or by email at dec.support@zurich.ch.
Zurich takes your privacy and data protection very seriously. We attach great importance to a trusting relationship and to the protection of your data. The online privacy policy and the general privacy policy for insurance products explain how Zurich collects and processes personal data.
Please refer to the instructions to determine the salary subject premiums. If you have any questions regarding the content, please contact your responsible Zurich general agency (contact details can be found on the invitation letter you received) or your insurance broker.
You can resubmit your correct salary data via the declaration platform. To do so, log in to the platform again, click on "Make correction" and select the insurance you wish to correct.
If you would prefer to notify us of the correction in a different way, please contact your responsible Zurich general agency (contact details can be found on the invitation letter you received) or your insurance broker.
The provisional salary agreed upon in your policy and therefore also the provisional premium invoice can be adjusted after receipt of the final premium invoice. Therefore please contact your responsible Zurich general agency or your insurance broker.
Currently, the platform supports declarations for Accident & Health insurance (LAI, Supplementary LAI Accident Insurance, Income Replacement Insurance Due to Illness). To declare other insurance policies, you will continue to receive a physical declaration form by mail, which must be returned to us. We are doing everything we can to further expand the declaration platform as quickly as possible.
Please give the invitation letter together with your contract number or policy number to the fiduciary of your choice. They can then register using your registration or login data. At your request, Zurich can revoke access to the platform at any time.
Unless you have received or will receive a new policy with adjusted premium rates for the next calendar year, the previous premium rates (shown on the current policy document) are still valid. If anything is unclear, you can also contact your responsible Zurich general agency or your insurance broker.
The uniform salary reporting procedure (ELM) eliminates the necessity to manually fill out countless forms for various recipients. Instead, the data is sent electronically directly from your payroll department with a click of the mouse. This has several advantages for you:
The requirements for this are a Swissdec-certified payroll accounting software (providers can be found at www.swissdec.ch) and the configuration of the payroll program with your Zurich insurance profile before the first salary payment of the year.
