This means: everything that is not explicitly excluded is insured. This includes theft, loss, damage or destruction – and this coverage is valid worldwide. The coverage also applies if you yourself suffer a mishap in which an insured item is damaged or lost. By the way: you can remove the insured items covered by the insurance of valuables from the household contents sum and thus save premiums.
